During Jason’s career, he has been a Food and Beverage Manager as well as an Executive Chef and has worked at a range of Camps, Hotels and Restaurants. Jason is very passionate about training and safety and has mentored people throughout their apprenticeships to become Red Seal Chefs. During his career in remote camps, he worked closely with the onsite safety teams and was involved with the development and implementation of safety programs. |
