Clayton’s experience across Food Service, Hotel and Remote Camp industries has allowed him to bring a unique perspective to servicing camp guests. His perspective allows flexibility based on the clients needs while never compromising Bouwa Whee’s core value of safety. Clayton has vast experience working in multicultural settings and has a solid understanding of the challenges and benefits of doing business in the North. Clayton’s passion for delivering a safe and satisfying guest experience is only matched by his love of recreation. During his time away form work, Clayton can be found enjoying the areas surrounding Yellowknife, practicing jujitsu, or running the occasional ultra marathon.

Jason StewartOperations & Safety Manager Jason holds Red Seal Certifications as a Chef and Baker and he is a Journeyman Butcher.
During Jason’s career, he has been a Food and Beverage Manager as well as an Executive Chef and has worked at a range of Camps, Hotels and Restaurants. Jason is very passionate about training and safety and has mentored people throughout their apprenticeships to become Red Seal Chefs. During his career in remote camps, he worked closely with the onsite safety teams and was involved with the development and implementation of safety programs. |
MJ NemutambweHuman Resources ManagerMJ is a new Northerner and a new addition to the BWG Human Resources team who comes with over 17 years of Human Resource leadership experience in various industries like Oil and Gas, Hospitality, Not-for-profit and insurance companies. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders and nurturing them to create a sense of belonging for everyone. Her passion is people. She has worked on initiatives to put people first within organizations and building a people culture within the organization that values what each person brings to the table. Every person within an organization contributes to its success and each contribution is valued whether big or small.
